Blessed...

Sometimes, I am just overwhelmed with how blessed I am. By God's grace alone, I am a wife to a wonderful, godly man and father, and a mommy to two adorable boys. Here are some recent "rewarding moments" that I have experienced!

I know this is blurry, but our camera just goes ka-pooey sometimes. These are 2 of my best friends, Jill and the newly-married Katie. Greg surprised my for my birthday at Fireside Pies, one of my favorite Dallas restaurants. Several of my friends were there to celebrate with us. I forgot to get pictures until afterward, when Jill, Katie, Wes, Greg and I went and grabbed coffee. After dinner, Greg and I stayed in a nice hotel in Dallas while the boys were camping with my in-laws. It was a fantastic get-away...30 is not so bad!

A few weeks before that, we celebrated Greg's 31st birthday at Chuy's with Greg's best bud, Marshall and his family, who live in Allen. This was just after poor Marshall got poked in the eye by little Carter. We had a great time...such a sweet (and growing!) family! I love happy Luke in this pic!

Nothing shows happiness like greeting Daddy after work by playing in the rain with him...
