Warning: Many pictures! I wanted to clear out my camera. For the sake of my memory-keeping, I wanted to include these photos, but I didn't want so many little posts. So, here is a big post of things happening around here lately!
This was one morning a couple of months ago. I was early on in my pregnancy and probably hovering over the toilet this morning. Greg is so creative with the boys. They were being construction workers in their jammies. Nothing much cuter!
Another morning with Daddy. What little boy wouldn't want to play outside in his jammies??
One of Lukes hobbies...trimming hedges. If you remember, he had a plant in our front yard in Rockwall that he fondly named "Donna". Now, he named a new plant named "Chili" that he likes to take care of.
Then, rest time inside after a hard morning of play!
Crazy kid!
Greg and I celebrated both of our birthdays by spending a weekend away in Plano at the Shops at Legacy area. I love this part of DFW! Greg's parent's kept the boys, and Greg and I really enjoyed a much-needed getaway! One of Greg's friends from dental school was getting married, which is why we got all dressed up. (I'm about four months pregnant here.)
Jack's close-up view of his video:
Pathetic, isn't it? I love this boy.
Greg killed his fair share of copperheads in our yard in Tyler. We can't escape the snakes! I was playing on the back patio with the boys, when I saw this snake resting up against the patio. Thankfully, Greg was on his way home, so he killed it with the shovel. I later learned that it is a ribbon snake (apparently harmless), but in my book, no snake is okay to keep around!
We recently took the boys on a surprise excursion. This is Luke on the way..."Where could we be going?!"
And this is happy Luke when we pulled up to the movie theater to see Cars 2. "Hooray!"
My boys love their fudgsicles!
The Fudgsicle Goatee!
mmmm....it's not a complete fudgsicle session unless you have chocolate running down your arm, belly, face and chest!
Greg's parents came in town a couple of weeks ago. Greg and I took advantage of it and went on a date!
This last set of pictures was just a fun family moment! We made breakfast for dinner recently. As you know by now, Jack tends to wear as much of his food as he actually eats.
So, he tried to wipe his sticky syrupy face, and he was so confused as to why his napkin stuck to his face. Then, he just gave up and let it hang there. I don't think I've laughed that hard in a long time!
