Dr. Luke, DDS

Luke has been fascinated with Greg's work lately. He will ask him all about his patients that he had worked on that day. He knows all about cavities, shots, fillings, extractions. Could he be our next DDS in the family? I don't know. As long as he is glorifying Jesus and passionate about what he is doing, we are fine with whatever he chooses to do for a living!

But, for now, we think it's cute when he pretends to be like Daddy. We have a dental mirror (I have no idea what the correct dental term for that is!) So, Greg reversed roles and let Luke exam him the other day. He even picked out a good dentist chair that would recline. Smart boy.
Examining:

"You have a cavity right there. You need a shot, Daddy." (By the way, his shots are more like punches with a rod of some kind. If you are ever his lucky patient, be careful when it's shot time!)
Pulling the tooth with his wrench. Awesome.
Do you see the look of terror on Greg's face?
Then, Luke wanted Daddy to look at his mouth. Greg said it was the best he has ever been able to see of his mouth.
Little Brother wanted to work on Daddy, too. (Luke's foot cracks me up here.)

I love my cutie patootie Luke. And his cutie patootie feet.
