Pumpkin Patch with Friends

My incredible roommates from A&M drove in from Dallas for the day a couple of weekends ago for a quick visit. The kids are getting to be such a fun age as they are actually interacting with each other instead of just staring at each other. Luke was giving both Andie and Griffin kisses by the time they left...it was so sweet. While the kiddos napped, we had some great catch-up girl time, too, which we always need and love. I am so thankful to have forever friends that I just live life with, and I'm blessed to only be a couple of hours from them!

We took the kids to the pumpkin patch, but it ended up being HOT, so we really didn't stay too long. They are too young to do most of the activities anyway. Luke loved riding the tractor to the pumpkins and kept signing for "more" once we got off. I think the highlight of the trip for him was the Ritz crackers that Andie was sharing with him.

Luke trying to follow the tractor after he got off of the hayride. (He's just like his daddy...they both LOVE hayrides!)

Our attempt at a picture of the kiddos. I love both Andie and Griffin's expressions.
Deep in thought...what can they be thinking about?
The best picture...Luke & Andie (18 months), Griffin (13 months)
This one cracked me up of Andie...she was not a fan of her skin touching the hay.
Our 3 cute little scarecrows!
My pumpkin with his pumkin
Taking a break eating a cracker on the pumpkins...this is classic!

He walked out with Scarlett & Andie, but he made sure I was watching by turning around and "yelling" at me every few steps. That's what he's doing here. Jill took this picture of Luke's back leg hanging, but that front leg has to be straight around baby brother.
Luke grabbed Scarlett's hand to walk back...so sweet.
Jill & Katie on the hayride back. Finally, Joy took this sweet picture of Mommy loving her boy.
Thanks for coming, friends. I love you and already can't wait until next time!
